Refund Policy
No Refunds/Exchanges:
Please verify your order (product, colour and size/measurement charts) before submitting your order; as we do not accept returns or exchanges unless we are notified within 15 calendar days of receiving your order that the item you purchased is damaged.
If within 15 calendar days receiving your order, you find that your item is damaged, please contact us via email at hello@10ofcupslife.com with;
- The email title as “Damaged - Order # _____” (the order number of this purchase).
- In the body of the email please share the details of the product ordered (name, colour and size).
- In the body of the email please share the details of the damage.
- In the email please attach/include a picture of the damage.
- Lastly, please specify if you would like a refund or a replacement.
We will fully examine this email and respond to you via e-mail, within a reasonable period of time, as to whether a refund or a replacement is warranted in result of a defect/damage.
If you are entitled to the chosen replacement or refund due to damage we will;
- Replace - We will replace the product ordered and send it to the original order address. OR
- Refund - We will refund the purchase price, using the original method of payment within 10 business days.
*NOTE: Gift Cards & Sale items are Final Sale and not eligible for refunds.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company or bank, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Gifts (if applicable)
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return.
