How do I know where my online order is?

I AM so excited that you’re excited!

Once your order has been shipped, track your shipment by using the tracking number that has been provided by email. Your tracking number is on your shipping confirmation email or text. 

Don't worry if your tracking number doesn't show up immediately - there's sometimes up to a 48 hour delay. Please check your spam or junk box in your emails if you have not received it.

When you receive the tracking number email, it is rare, but sometimes it takes 48 hours in the courier company's online tracking, to merge,load, and update all the details.  

Where does 10 of Cups ship their online orders?

Shipping is FREE for both the US & Canada. At this moment, I only ship to the US and Canada.

How long will it take to receive my order?

For the USA, currently our processing times are 2-7 business days, with shipping being an additional 2-5 business days; so 4-13 business days is how long it will take to get your order.

As my items are processed and shipped from the US; For Canada, it will take 10 to 30 business days as two posting companies are used. Asendia Swiss Post is used for shipping out of the US, and then sent to Canada Post or DHL to be used for shipping within Canada - depending which will get your items quicker. We aim (and have experienced with custom orders to Canada) shipping to Canada, to be closer to the 10 business days timeframe, however during extreme weather or holiday seasons; please keep in mind, that shipping to Canada can take 10-30 business days. 

How long will it take for customer service to get back to me?

You matter to us! If you have questions, please email hello@10ofcups.com and a team member will get back to you within 24 to 48 hours. 


What types of payment do you accept?

* When you have an item selected, click "More payment options". Add in your contact info & shipping address and click "Continue to Shipping". Verify your shipping details and then click "Continue to Payment". Add in your credit card details, and the click "Pay Now".

Shop Pay

* This only takes a few minutes to set up. Once you Shop Pay for the first time, your information is securely saved for future purchases. You can then securely speed through checkout with a simple tap. When you check out using Shop Pay, you are taken to the order review page. You can then verify your purchase with a unique six-digit code that you will receive in a text message or email. All the information is encrypted end-to-end and stored on Shopify’s PCI-compliant servers.

How can I get a refund for my damaged items?

If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please take pictures of the damage, and email the pictures to hello@10ofcups.com. Full details are found on our Refund Policy Page. 


What types of inks are used?

I chose a manufacturer, where the entire process is eco-friendly. The inks used for all 10 of Cups Tops are water-based, bio-degradable and non-toxic; the production is fully automated and paperless, and there is absolutely no odor. You will also find the finish is not bulky and not super thick (it does not feel like a stiff foamy iron-on sticker).
